I really like the look of the product. What I don’t love is the way the felt overlap is cut. If you join 2 pieces together, side by side, the space between the 2 separate pieces isn’t the same space as between the slats on each piece – it’s bigger. That means each one has to be trimmed so you don’t see a larger space between the 2 separate pieces, creating a lot of unnecessary labor expense bc you didn’t design and/or cut the felt correctly.

Good product, bad service. Order was placed June 17th. Order confirmation showed six to 10 days shipping. Well over 2 weeks later I got a one sentence email that says my order was delayed with no delivery date. I followed up asking when it would be delivered with the reply of 14 to 20 days. I finally received my product August 2nd. Insulation and construction of material is good, I just wish they would have handled the situation a little bit more professionally.

Purchased 2 boxes and there is a noticeable shade difference between the boxes. If you look at the customer-supplied photos vs the marketing photos, you will see the real product. They don’t match. Also, wear gloves when assembling. I have a large splinter embedded in my finger that still won’t come out.

Packaging for shipping was excellent. Only surpassed by Apple. For installation as-received the material is very good and as advertised. However, any place that a filler is used to repair defects will not accept stain and remains visible. The veneer is so thin that sanding should be avoided or minimized. Our 12 footers each had a couple such places. I am hoping that we can conceal such problems through proper selection and orientation.

Bought this product for a bathroom remodel to use as an accent wall. We bought the samples, which looked good, so we took the plunge on enough to do the bathroom.
This product is better than expected. It’s very rich, easy to work with, and a great value. I priced out similar wood slats to do it piecemeal–that would have been more expensive and wouldn’t have looked so good.
I highly recommend this stuff. I’ll be buying more for another project soon.
