I’ve been trying to talk to a costumer service person at Woodpanelwalls since my 1 box arrived two days ago, with only 2 panels. I ordered two boxes of eight. On further inspection I counted 8 peices of wood on each panel??? This can’t be right. If this is indeed the case I would like an RMA and a full refund for this purchase. What I’d advise woodpanelwalls to do is to make it clear to the consumer that they are buying one panel, period.
I’d have been well into my project had the anticipated number of panels arrived.
I am truly dismayed.

I have sent multiple emails (10+) to request a full order of undamaged panels. I have now requested a refund for the damages without responsiveness. I am willing to work through this and update my review if someone from the company will call me and help fix this.
For those reading this, I ordered 3 panels on September 10th. 1 never arrived. 1 arrived damaged. 1 arrived in usable condition. I need all 3 to complete my project. It’s now October 9th and I haven’t received good communication from this company to ship new ones or issue a refund.
Look forward to seeing them fix this and receive an updated review.
