RETURNS:

As long as the product is undamaged and unopened in the condition they were received, returns are accepted within 30 days of the marked delivery date. Please return your products to our office address listed below. We do not cover return shipping costs. If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please be advised a refund will be issued after we receive and inspect your return.

*A 20% Restocking Fee is applied to the refund total before shipping costs. Restocking fees apply to all returned items.

EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS:

Depending on your order, you may be eligible for an exchange/replacement. Hence, we do not cover the shipping fees for exchanged items. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging products. Also, we do not cover shipping fees for alternative addresses once the order is shipped. DISCLAIMER: We do not accept nor authorize returns for panels of sizes 10ft and 12ft. **For oversize orders (panels) all corner moldings must be ordered together with the panels if the project requires it. Corner pieces do NOT ship separately. *Additional shipping costs may apply. Contact us for more information.

SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNTS:

All sale items are final sale. Sale items are not eligible for exchange, returns, or refunds. Shall you have a coupon code, it must be used within the the time frame it is active. Please be sure to enter all valid coupon codes before finalizing your order. We do not apply coupon codes after checkout or past the coupon expiration date. All marked prices are non-negotiable as we do not price match other websites or companies.

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.

Delivery times vary based on your location, size & weight of the order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. 

2. Reconsignment Fees & Redelivery Attempts:

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to a wrong address, unavailability of the recipient, or any other issue caused by the customer, you will be responsible for any reconsignment fees or redelivery attempt charges imposed by the shipping carrier.

3. Address Verification

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete.

We will not be liable for delays or additional fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4.Carrier Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, please note that delivery times are estimated and are subject to change due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
