It is a pleasure doing business with this company from start to finish. I’ve completed several orders for my house project and am extremely happy with the quality of the materials. I did order the 11 foot panels but the carriers bent the box to get it into a cargo van. Therefore when it was delivered the first two rows and last two rows of each panel were cracked. I needed to cut them anyway and that is not a fault of the company. All of my follow on orders are the 7 foot panels and none have arrived cracked.

High quality product that looks great. We are lining the key wall in the living of our new house with this material. A big concern we had was arranging delivery given that the house is under construction and timing was important. Customer service was great about this. They agreed to hold the order until we were ready – which was several months from when we purchased the material. Then when the date got close we talked several times until we were ready to receive the material. It arrived vIa FedEx in good condition. We are pleased.

I love the product. However, reaching someone here is literally impossible. I want to order more for another wall but I’m hesitant to do so because I’ve been reading some terrible comments. I got lucky that only one of my panels was broken right over my required length. The condition of the boxes when received were pretty bad. I sent them and email but no one responded. Once opened only the one was damaged. If I hear back from you, I will order more if not I’ll have to find another source. But if you get the product and it’s not damaged, it’s beautiful!

No response to many attempts of voice messages and emails after not receiving what I paid for. Zero customer service. Very frustrating. Many more projects lined up, need to find another source.
